Hi,
We're reaching out to share some updates regarding our SEPA and SEPA Instant transfer commission fee policy.
Starting from 1 March 2024, the commission fee for all SEPA and SEPA Instant transfers will be calculated at the end of each month, based on the total number of transfers made throughout that month. The commission fee will be deducted at the beginning of the following month.
Previously, this fee was instantly deducted for each specific transfer individually. With the new update, you'll now see the final fee once a month.
How will this affect you?
You can rest easy knowing that this won't bring any changes to your commission fee, and you won’t be affected financially. The only adjustment will be in the sequence of collection.
