Recommendation : form a study group and create a simple website. Then, apply for DataCamp Donates. The acceptance rate is super high. DataCamp basically only check that your website is functional (it doesn't even have to be hosted on official paid domains; a WIX site would suffice), that you don't have any political/religious associations, and that your annual revenue of the organization/group doesn't surpass $30M. DataCamp don't mind if the group is not registered as a nonprofit as they understand that the bureaucracy and costs involved in these types of registrations are far too much in many countries in the Global South.
DataCamp review applications every week so they can get started super quickly. Once you are approved, you will have to fulfill a few requirements, like doing 4 social media posts and one blog post about your partnership with DataCamp. Nothing too complicated
